Each year the W3 Awards, judged by the esteemed International Academy of the Visual Arts, honors outstanding creative work on the web in a number of different categories for marketing programs, websites and videos. This week Forbes Online, which dubs itself as providing “Information for the World’s Business Leaders,” has released their list of the nation’s top 100 “Most And Least Reputable Big Companies,” and two of LAUNCH’s clients are on the “Most Reputable” list. We are proud to be working with Sara Lee and ConAgra Foods, companies which should be commended for being enterprising enough to provide a trustworthy and ethical experience for consumers while continuing to provide their quality CPG products.
Each year, the Davey Awards honor small firms that have big ideas. We’re proud to announce that Launch received a slew of them this year.
The Davey Awards are the largest and most prestigious awards competition exclusively for the “Davids” of creativity. Just as David defeated the giant Goliath with a little rock and a great idea, the Davey Awards take their name from the Biblical story of David and Goliath, honoring small firms that utilize innovative ideas rather than million-dollar budgets.

Sara Lee’s Soft and Smooth bread appeared on the front page of the Chicago Tribune’s Business section this week. The article lauded Sara Lee’s efforts to remove high-fructose corn syrup from its best-selling breads. The move is part of a larger effort among food producers to reduce reliance on the controversial ingredient, replacing it instead with cane or beet sugar.
Believe it or not, you can help preserve the earth with bread. Sara Lee® is the first ever packaged food company to bake with Eco-Grain™ wheat in an effort to preserve the environment. They’ve added Eco-Grain wheat into their EarthGrains® bread. In conjunction with this effort, Launch is helping get the word out about EarthGrains plot to preserve the earth one field at a time.
